Resolution Submission

To submit a resolution for consideration for adoption at the Rockwall County Democratic Convention, please use the attached form.  The easiest way to get a resolution adopted is to write it early and submit it at your Precinct Convention.  Resolutions may be submitted at the County Convention but it is highly recommended that they be:

• Submitted at the Precinct Convention
• Be typed out using the form

Resolutions submitted under these rules can be considered by the Temporary Resolutions Committee and formally adopted at the County Convention which will make the committee at the convention much more efficient. Resolutions passed at the County Convention will be adopted by the Rockwall County Democratic Party.  They will also be sent to the Texas Democratic Party for consideration at the state convention.
